• Job Description

  - To manage and control all of the production and production control departments and drive the operations and growth of the company.
  - Lead, build, and develop a team to understand the company's direction.
  - Plan production and set production targets to achieve the company goals (quality, production cost, delivery time) and the quality of all products and meet customer quality standards.
  - Developing the company's strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  - Full responsibility for the P&L of the company, provide insight through the use of data, implement solutions to achieve the business's goal, and set clear performance standards.
  - Control production costs for Production and Production control department
  - Resolve all problems that arise in the production process and support both internal and external
  - Manage cost-effective business strategies and develop new ideas based on market and industry trends.
  - Prepare long-term and short-term goals and company objectives to present to MD.
