  - Devise and develop strategies for overall HR duties for company
  - Establish and provide guidelines and consultation to management executives on the implemented development program
  - Handle payroll of all employees (using internal software)
  - Conduct surveys on employees to identify satisfaction, needs, and develop programs which enhance their capability
  - Assign and manage HR team members on their routine
  - Manage salary plan and career path for employees
  - Handle any employees complaints and issues which might accidentally occur
