    Handle operation team in each region on service daily for reduce time and cost of operation and able to complete within timeline and service quality standard
    Solving unexpected problem which might occurred during operation for all region in the country.
    Report progress to top management level
    Oversee recruitment plan for operation team to balance with incoming job.

Qualifications

    Female, age between 38 to 45 years old
    Bachelor's degree in any field is opened
    8-10 years in operation management, high number of people in operation would be advantages
    Good management and planning operation
    Good problem solving skills
    High discipline
