  • Job Description

    - Responsible for a full spectrum of HR & GA functions such as employee recruitment, orientation, performance evaluation, compensation & welfare structure, training & development, employee and labor relations, appraisals and legal compliance
    - Lead corporate HR & GA strategies and operation (planning, implementing, and evaluating)
    - Handle company's benefits for all staff, e.g. Life & Health Insurance, Annual Physical Checkup, Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, etc.
    - Set, review, and analyze up-to-date HR agreements, regulations, employee handbooks which comply with the law, and communicate with employees relating to policy-related issues
    - Handle Visa & Work Permit and 90-day notification for Japanese expatriates
    - Handle ISO documents as Document Control Center (DCC)
    - Manage company’s assets such as cars, supplies and other office facilities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 45-60
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, in HR and GA in automotive company(-ies)
    - Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC, more than 500 points)
    - Good command of Japanese, minimum JLPT N2, is preferred
    - Capability of working well under pressure
    - Willingness to develop your career path and grow with us
