  • Job Description

    - Develop IT network through innovative & creative concepts across website and specific projects
    - Develop, manage and supervise IT service for internal working and total public services
    - Achieve results through IT strategic planning and professional relationship building with suppliers
    - Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
    - Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques.
    - Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
    - Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
    - Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
    - Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal or external teams
    - Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
    - Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
    - Testing and evaluating new technology
    - Installation new system for overseas brunch (Myanmer, Cambodia, Singapore, etc)
    - Other tasks as assigned by GM

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 30-44
    - Bachelor's Degree in an IT field
    - Work experience, minimum 3-5 years, as a Programmer
    - Work experience in staff management (at least one staff)
    - Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating system, network and server
    - Good command of English (upper intermediate)
    - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
    - Strong interest to learn new skills and technologies
    - Ability to prioritise, manage and perform under pressure to meet SLA’s
