• Job Description

  - AP, AR, JV and input transactions into the system
  - Withholding Tax Certificate
  - VAT sales & purchases and WH-tax reports
  - Travel insurance and allowances for business trip
  - PO, invoices and tax invoices and receipts
  - Reconcile bank, VAT, pre-paid expense and accrued expense
  - Copy bills and receipts of car maintenance for admin filing
  - Control and manage petty cash
  - Calculate depreciation of fixed assets
  - Send monthly statements to customers via emails
  - Follow up on customer's overdue payment and update to regional finance team
  - Update the changes in Thai business law (if any)
  - Generate and prepare documents for changes in directors for DBD registration
  - Generate and prepare invitation letters for the meeting of Board of Directors and minutes of meeting
  - Generate and prepare invitation letter for shareholders’ ordinary meeting and minutes of meeting
  - Record travel trip and expense, car maintenance, petrol, and toll expense in Microsoft Excel
  - Record market sample expense, entertainment expense, and utilities expense in Microsoft Excel
  - Perform admin functions during his or her absence
