Job Description
- Single point of contact to deliver and manage high standard communications across customer and NTT to ensure that problem and incident are dealt in accordance with priority and customer needs
- Responsible for ownership and coordination of actions of those problems
- Review the problem trends, plan and drive improvement plans
- Proactively identify problems, analyze and recommend service improvement plans with possible solutions obtained from technical team members for department or business unit
- Coordinate meeting to resolve problems by providing incident reports or monthly meeting
- Review SLA performance
- Act as a tier-2 technical support for network and system (30%)
- Meet customers or sales upon request to discuss technical operation issues (need communication and technical skills, 25%)
- Be assigned to support big customers or big incident as the single point of customer contact (25%)
- Join the meeting with SE when handing over PJ or transferring technical knowledge (20%)
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 26-32
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or Software
- Work experience, minimum 3-5 years, in window server 2003, 2008, permission, AD, DHCP, DNS, ISA, or group policy
- Strong experience in backup system (Backup Exec or ArcServe), Cisco IOS routing and switching platforms, including Cisco L2/L3 switches and routers
- Strong experience in routing protocols (BGP), IT security standards, protocols, and applications such as IPsec VPNs, Firewall configuration and maintenance
- Skills in maintenance of Cloud Service, Virtualization, Backup, Microsoft or VMWare or any virtualization certificate will be an advantage (such as VCP, MCP, MCSE, MCSA, etc.)
- Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.) to generate summary reports
- Skills in presentation and time management
- Good command of English for communication and writing for businessEnglish Level
