• Job Description

  - Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizations policies and applicable laws
  - Responsibilities include, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, as well as appraising work performance of subordinate officers
  - Oversee and direct company's financial activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors or staff
  - Establish or recommend to management executives in major accounting objectives and policies for company
  - Reconcile monthly general ledger (GL) along with journal entries involved therewith
  - Generate and prepare monthly financial statements
  - Reconcile monthly bank accounts
  - Prepare job cost direct labour import and job cost overhead application
  - Responsible for company's foreign exports accounting
  - Communicate cash requirements to Regional MD
  - Generate and prepare reports as required by regulatory agencies
  - Generate and prepare VAT reports as required by Governmental Agencies
  - Periodically audit company's data and processes to ensure compliance with company's policies
  - Correspond with pension plan administrator on an as-needed basis
  - Correspond with insurance agency regarding coverage, claims, audits and renewals
  - ISO 9001:2000 reporting and resolution in collaboration with Regional Managing Director
  - Oversee and support all information to subordinate officers to support company's policies in process and continuation of quality system (ISO 9001:2000)
  - Other related duties may be assigned as needed or requested
