  • Job Description

    - Issue audit reports in accordance with professional standards and firm policies
    - Devise audit approaches to handle complicated, specialized or new situations
    - Retain existing clients and secure new clients for our firm
    - Closely monitor and improve work procedures
    - Supervise and train managers, senior and junior officers in your team
    - Supervise and manage staff and assess staff for annual performance reviews
    - Manage engagement problems and client issues
    - Assist team members in providing high quality of service to clients
    - Perform other special audit assignments on a case-by-case basis
    - Engage in the leader and signer role (signing experience is an advantage)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 37-45
    - Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Law
    - CPA qualification is required
    - Work experience, minimum 15 years, in a relevant field with proven auditing capability
    - Strong knowledge of best practice reporting
    - High technical ability, excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
    - Strong command of written and spoken English language
    - Confident communication and presentation skills
    - Ability to discuss complex issues with internal senior officers and client personnel
    - Ability to work in high performance team and under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
    - Self-motivated and positive attitude as well as willingness to learn and teamwork spirit
