  • Job Description

    - Perform day-to-day technical support to users such as IT troubleshooting and computer issues resolution
    - Support for the installation of IT hardware and software, administration and maintenance
    - Troubleshooting standard applications
    - Demonstrate (training) how to use hardware and software to users when necessary
    - Provide guidance to users on using PC hardware and software
    - Report on problems relating to system, helpdesk and related areas

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 24-33
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or an IT related field
    - Work experience, minimum 1-3 years, in helpdesk or a related field
    - Proficient in end-user support and administration of Microsoft Windows
    - Skill in any programing language (C++, Python, Java, Lisp, Prolog, etc.) is an advantage
    - Good knowledge of IT in hardware and software
    - Ability to handle multiple tasks with good time management skills
    - Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
    - Good command of English (minimum fair level)
