• Job Description

  - Manage all maintenance, systems, and activities for all production machines to ensure production lines are operated at optimum efficiency, productivity, and quality under effective repair and maintenance costs
  - Control planned maintenance programmes to ensure machines, equipment and systems are in good condition and are working at maximum efficiency
  - Scheduling, resource planning and control maintenance activities for responsible machines
  - Handle corrective maintenance, breakdowns, and improvements in accordance with related work orders under responsible areas
  - Formulate planning and propose improvement activities for long-term machine efficiency
  - Perform analysis of breakdown cases and prepare prevention plans
  - Prepare change parts for maintenance and work orders as planned
  - Control repair and maintenance expenditures and spare parts stock under budget target
  - Maintain machine manuals, drawings, and software, including updating the list of machine equipment
  - Manage purchasing requests for required spare parts for preventive maintenance, planned maintenance, and other work orders
  - Ensure all systems and equipment under responsibility are operated and inspected within related regulations and control limits
  - Handle projects or assignments under saving programmes and improvement activities within budget
  - Follow up on company's regulations and all implemented standards systems
  - Support team members to achieve departmental targets
  - Supervise and control subordinate and outsourced staff to ensure compliance with all related company standards (GMP, 5S, ISO standards)
  - Contribute knowledge, skills, and training to team members and subordinate officers
