    - Responsible for Business Development of Recruitment Department and HR tasks
    - Management for recruiter staff (Bangkok Office - 2 Staff, Bangne Office - 1 staff)
    - Assist job seekers with recruitment and conduct interviews with invited candidates
    - Offer and suggest suitable jobs for candidates
    - Set up interviews with clients
    - Coordinate and manage the schedule for candidates and clients
    - Contact and visit clients to discuss job descriptions and requirements for given positions
    - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 30-40
    - Work experience, minimum 3 years, in recruitment
    - Work experience in management level
    - Ability to communicate in English (Japanese is preferred)
    - Can work under pressure
    - Work experience that have individual or team target

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
