Job Description - Responsible for a full spectrum of HR & GA functions by leading organization’s HR & GA strategies and operation (planning, implementing, evaluating)
- Handle recruitment process, orientation, performance evaluation, compensation
and welfare structures, training and development, employee and labor relations, appraisals and
legal compliance, etc.
- Handle and prepare company's benefits for all staffs, e.g. Life & Health Insurance, Annual Physical Checkup, Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, etc.
- Set, review, analyze up-to-date HR agreements, regulations, employee handbook (down-to-earth) complying with the law and communicate with employees on policy related issues
- Responsible for Visa & Work Permit processes and 90 days notifications for Japanese expatriates
- Maintain office operations by managing company’s asset, car, supplies and office facilities
- Handle ISO documents as Document Control Center (DCC) and IT management tasks
Required Qualifications - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 30-45
- Bachelor of Arts in Japanese or a relevant field
- Japanese, minimum JLPT N2
- Work experiences, 5-10 years, in HR & Admin
- Service-minded and hard-working attitudes
