  • Job Description

    - Act as the single point of contact to deliver and manage high standard communications across customer to ensure problems are dealt with according to priority and customer needs
    - Responsible for the ownership and coordination of actions against those problems
    - Review problem trends, plan and, drive improvement plans
    - Identify problems, analyze and recommend service improvement plans with possible solutions obtained from technical team for department or business unit
    - Coordinates meetings to resolve problems by providing incident reports or monthly meeting and review SLA performance
    - Act as Be Teir2 technical support for network and system (30%)
    - Attend meetings with customers/sales upon request when discussing with technical operation issues (communication and technical skills are required) (25%)
    - Assign to support key customers or big incident as the single point of customer contact (25%)
    - Join meetings with SE when handing over PJ or transferring technical knowledge (20%)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 26-32
    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software
    - Work experience, minimum 3-5 years, in Window Server 2003, 2008 - Permission, AD, DHCP, DNS, ISA, or group policy
    - Solid experience in Cisco IOS routing and switching platforms, including Cisco L2/L3 switches and routers
    - Solid experience in routing protocols (BGP), IT security standards, protocols, and
    applications such as IPsec VPNs, Firewall configuration and maintenance
    - Solid experience in backup system (Backup Exec or ArcServe)
    - Skills in maintenance in Cloud Service, virtualization, backup, and Microsoft or VMWare or any virtualization certificate will be an advantage (VCP, MCP, MCSE, MCSA, others)
    - Skills in presentation and time management
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.) to generate summary reports
    - Good command of spoken and written English for business
