• Job Description

  - Responsible for the classification of HS Code for import and export section
  - Check all licenses relating to import and export customs clearance for importers and exporters
  - Perform problem-solving for import and export customs clearance
  - Contact Customs Department to solve problems with Customer Dept and/or others related government functions
  - Support requirements by customs duty/exemption, government subsidies, and any other government interaction relating to customs clearance for import and export
  - Oversee and manage import and export support functions for inbound and outbound logistics and export business
  - Supervise, train and coach junior staff for optimal performance
  - Update customs regulations and other related regulations for customs clearance (import and export business)
  - Support operation and sales team members for clearance process of customs (by answering questions)
  - Respond to HS code issues from customers or any urgent request promptly
