    - Proficiency in selected programming languages (e.g. HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, PHP, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
    - Familiarity with library and framework such as JQuery, CodeIgniter, Angular, React, etc.
    - Self-management skills and teamwork spirit
    - Willingness to help others and make impacts
    - Self-motivated and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitudes
