• Job Description

  - Handle and manage overall legal and compliance issues in Thailand
  - Provide support for legal and compliance issues in ASEAN region (Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia)
  - Draft, review and negotiate various business contracts (with suppliers, customers, service vendors, etc.)
  - Provide advice on a wide range of legal issues (corporate, contract, labour, competition, etc.)
  - Implement effective compliance (company laws, labour laws, sales regulations, etc.)
  - Conduct periodic reviews of the compliance status and report to management executives
  - Support and coordinate with various departments (HR, Finance, Tax, Logistics, etc.)
  - Formulate and implement dispute resolution strategies including litigations (labour, customs, etc.)
  - Draft and review internal company rules and regulations
  - Conduct legal and compliance training
  - Control and manage local lawyers in conducting the aforementioned tasks
  - Coordinate with legal teams in HQ and other regions
