Job Description
- Operate restaurant and provide superior customer service to assure the highest level of guest satisfaction to maintain corporate brand standards
- Ensure restaurant meets service and sales objectives including supervising and directing staff in daily work activities
- Control and maintain proper inventories, ensure compliance with cash control procedures, and complete related accounting and administrative reports
- Control environment in the restaurant such as lighting, music, service, and entertainment, to maintain ambiance
- Control F&B costs, scheduling expenditures, analyze stock variances and initiate corrective actions, etc. to help control restaurant financial objectives
- Support management executives such as Restaurant Manager and General Manager in achieving operational objectives, training new staff, establishing work schedules, accomplishing human resources objectives, etc.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-40
- Work experience, minimum 5 years, in food and beverage (F&B) management
- Strong knowledge of computer software (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, communicational and prioritization skills
- Good command of English for business (excellent level)
- Ability to make difficult decisions and confidence to adhere to your decisionsEnglish Level
