Job Description
- SHE Officer is responsible for Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) activities. Applicants must be able to define the risk, plan the program to ensure compliance with all states, provincial law, and company policies. Applicant must implement the plan into practice; establishing the system to prevent the reoccurrence of any problems. Ultimately, applicants should be able to evaluate the system and propose an improvement program.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 27-35
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Safety, Health, and Environment
- Certified Professional Safety (qualified)
- Work experience, minimum 3-5 years, in Safety, Health, and Environment Management
- Work experience in plastic or chemical manufacturing in a multi-national environment is an advantage
- Having a professional or educational background in science and chemistry will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Excellent motivational and persuading skills
- Communication and organizational skills
- Having a private car and a valid Driving Licence is required
- Ability to travel overseas upon business requires
- Strong leadership qualities with good people management skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as requiresEnglish Level
