  • Job Description

    - Analyze customer's business operations and requirements to provide professional consultancy of solutions to customers
    - Prepare and present functional requirements and other project deliverables within schedule and in compliance with company's standard methodology
    - Present solutions to customer and obtain user acceptance on delivered solutions
    - Create user manual, system installation manual and conduct training sessions for users
    - Continuously improve skills to deliver high-quality professional services and meet target utilization
    - Assist product and sales team on pre-sales activities as required
    - Create system requirement function, high-level design, detail design and explain requirements to developers
    - Prepare test plan, test cases, test data, test scenario including expected results
    - Conduct each phase of testing, review and analyze testing results
    - Investigate causes and find the solutions for issues which occurred during the test

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 29-32
    - Bachelor 's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or related field
    - Work experience, minimum 7 years, in IT development, implementation and customer support
    - Work experience, minimum 3 years, in system analysis
    - Work experience in cloud computing technology, i.e. hardware, data center, SaaS, Paas, etc.
    - Work experience in automotive business
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, VBA, Microsoft .Net C#, etc.)
    - Good knowledge of supply chain process, warehouse management system, business intelligence, EDI, etc.
    - Good knowledge of development and implementation
    - Quick response to both customers and application maintenance team
    - Capable of learning new things from many new projects
    - Ability to work well under tight deadlines or under pressure from the clients
