  • Job Description

    - Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, selection process, training roadmap and development program
    - Handle and manage site's human resources development programs including performance appraisal, management development, organizational change and job re-design
    - Evaluate and manage the implementation of the Human Resources and payroll systems
    - Determine the performance indicators of key human resources and management reporting format and timing
    - Develop human resources objectives with Line Departmental Manager to support the achievement of business strategies
    - Control and manage employee relation (ER) and all necessary fields to achieve human resources plan
    - Other related jobs in HRD and general administration including facilities, cleanliness, transportation and management of security guard and maids

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 35-40
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR related field
    - Work experience, 4-6 years, in Human Resources Management (of all functions)
    - Good knowledge of labour standards and qualities
    - Leadership qualities and responsible performance

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
