• Job Description

  - Oversee and develop control systems to prevent or deal with the violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
  - Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
  - Control and manage all compliance documents
  - Closely monitor the performance of compliance program and related activities on a continual basis (taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness)
  - Supervise and coordinate with compliance team of group companies as the parent company
  - Work with Department of Human Resources and other related parties to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers
