  • Job Description

    - Work with product team to understand customer insights and technical landscapes, trends and limitation to create product specifications and future roadmap
    - Write technical documents for product specifications such as use case, test case, software specifications, system diagram, network diagram, flowchart, etc.
    - Work with development team to design system architecture of product and technology specifications
    - Work with project management team to analyze customer's requirements and find the gap in our product capabilities and generate solutions to close the gap
    - Work with Quality Assurance (QA) team to design test case and to ensure our product is always of high quality and in a great performance

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 23-30
    - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business (Management Information System) or relevant field (Master's Degree is a plus)
    - Work experience, minimum one year, in SA, technical product, software engineering or software development
    - Work experience in Enterprise Software Implementation, LMS, e-learning, KMS, HRIS
    - Work experience in software testing or Quality Assurance (QA)
    - Having a background in technical or programming is a plus
    - Solid knowledge of project management process
    - Good knowledge of software development, software engineering, development of life cycle and/or software QC
    - Understanding of technology landscape such as programming languages, system architecture, how the code works, its performance and limitation, etc.
    - Good skills in technical documentation writing use case, test case, software specification, system diagram, network diagram, flowchart, etc.
    - Good command of English (all four skills such as reading, writing, listening, speaking)
    - Ability to think out of the box to solve challenging puzzles with smarter and better solutions
    - Being passionate about technology and digital world and always keep updated on what's going on today and tomorrow
