  • Job Description

    - Support in strengthening partnerships with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and all other stakeholders involved in the market access process
    - Ensure market access services and relevant business lines are on top of the latest regulatory requirements and updates
    - Develop, co-ordinate and manage the development of local operational market access services portfolio to provide a one-stop, global market access service for testing and certification of electrical components and products as well as other business stream products
    - Collaborate with business stream and business field managers to create and support new cross-business and cross-regional opportunities
    - Constantly aim to make the client more successful through meeting their needs and allowing technical updates and information related to the services flow quickly and effectively to the appropriate employee
    - Optimize customer satisfaction through managing the MAS processes in a timely, cost-effective, professional and accurate manner
    - Ensure operational excellence is achieved and continuous improvement activities and methods are consistently applied
    - Update technical information through the hierarchy of department staff members
    - Support to manage the performance of all direct reports by providing feedback and guidance in achieving their KPIs
    - Support budgetary planning and financial or other statistical reporting as scheduled
    - Coordinate and manage Factory Inspection Services and execute any administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-40
    - Bachelor's Degree in any related field
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, in an international TIC industry environment
    - Work experience in positions with clients and personnel responsibilities
    - Work experience and effectiveness in liaising with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and clients
    - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
    - Ability to embrace and promote changes, lead and motivate people to seize opportunities
    - Good understanding of TR’s Business Fields Service Portfolio, key processes and information flows
    - Skills in communication and negotiation in English and other languages (Malay, Mandarin and Tamil is preferred)
    - Ability to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds
    - Interpersonal skills and intercultural understanding
    - Good knowledge of SAP, CRM, IPMS, ICMS systems and/or other IT applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
