  • Job Description

    - Provide technical and operational support to ensure client expectations are met through first and second level problem determination and resolution efforts
    - Correspond to users’ concerns via telephone, email, facsimile or video conference
    - Accurately log all Helpdesk related information such as issue details, issue handling history and user contact info, etc.
    - Maintain reasonable disciplines and decorum in Helpdesk area
    - Perform other functions or projects, which may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-35
    - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Computer or related field
    - Work experience, 0-3 years, in related field
    - Welcome New Graduates & Fresh Grads
    - Work experience in IT support, service desk, call center or other related fields
    - Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, IT Applications, Information Security, Network & INFRA (Server-related, etc.) will be an advantage
    - Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC, minimum 650 scores)
    - Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution
    - Availability to work in shift will be preferred
    - Good interpersonal skill and ability to coordinate with other teams and clients
    - Service mind, proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude
