  • Job Description

    - Follow up with BOI applications for the preparation of new project
    - Initiate duty reduction program in alignment with customs and BOI requirements to obtain tax refund
    - Direct day-to-day logistics operation including inbound, outbound and transportation
    - Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, import & export and customer issues
    - Closely monitor the operational performance of logistics service providers
    - Maintain and monitor the implementation of import & export compliance policies
    - Review International Trade Compliance (ITC) procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and record retention control
    - Coordinate with BOI Office and IC Office for import & export process and BOI documentation tasks
    - Revise and extend BOI privileges, manage BOI procedures and workflow
    - Record all information of import & export shipment and BOI stock cutting
    - Maintain and record documents as per government and BOI requirements
    - Handle documentation and filing for tax exemption on imported raw materials
    - Follow up on import & export documents from shipping service providers
    - Contact shipping service providers for booking Sea and Air Freight
    - Control and manage BOI and ITC process for import & export materials and products

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-30
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
    - Work experience, minimum 2-3 years, as a Sales Coordinator (Import & Export) in a trading company
    - Good command of spoken and written English
    - Having a knowledge of BOI and Import & Export
