  • Job Description

    - Coordinate with line managers for job vacancies to determine their requirements
    - Search and identify suitable recruitment channel and recruit potential candidates (interviews) to match with job requirements
    - Provide job offers to successful candidates and make hiring recommendations
    - Conduct onboarding process and new joiner announcement
    - Keep updated on all employees information in the database
    - Support leaders to improve team and company culture and performance
    - Responsible for company & employee communication and relations
    - Coordinate with public services where necessary
    - Other as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
    - Work experience, 3-5 years, in human resource, especially recruitment functions or related field
    - Good command of English
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Microsoft Excel)
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Analytical and logical thinking, attention to details, team-oriented and hands-on​
