• Job Description

  - Coordinate and manage activities of sub-ordinators engaged in inspecting incoming materials, in-process and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
  - Oversee and manage procedures concerning quality
  - Responsible for inspection procedures until product meets quality standards and specifications
  - Confer with customer representatives to resolve complaints
  - Notifies suppliers and subcontractors about reasons for rejection of received materials and parts
  - Control and maintain safety system and review risks to prevent quality problems
  - Control and maintain ISO system and drive to meet requirements
  - Keep KPI targets and analyse route cause for improvement to achieve KPI
  - Troubleshooting by analysis and countermeasures to reduce monthly and daily problems
  - Responsible for the management of SAP system including BOM control
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by SMG, Advisor or GM
