Job Description
- Responsible for planning maintenance program and ensuring GMP and food safety in all maintenance and engineering activities
- Maintain and improve production machines and reliabilities of plant utilities’ with preventive and corrective maintenance by planning and controlling all plant building and equipment maintenance, including all safety and environmental issues, to assure effective and efficient operation of manufacturing facilities
- Support energy conservation program for utilities and production machinery by operational and technical improvement
- Optimize production and monitor availability of utilities such as steam, water, compressed air, power distribution, chilled water, refrigeration, etc.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male, Thai national, age between 28-35
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Work experience, minimum 5 years, in line maintenance and operation of plant utilities such as wastewater treatment, power lines, electrical components, etc.
- Work experience in food industry will be an advantage
- Familiarity with plant utilities such as boilers, air compressors, chiller compressors, air supply system, burner system, evaporator system, etc.
- Good knowledge of ISO system, GMP or HACCP will be an advantage
- Ability to solve problems in machines and understanding of PM concept
- Good leadership qualities
- General knowledge of planning, organizing, inventory and operation of plant facilities and maintenance
- Good command of English
- Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, AutoCAD, PLC, Microsoft Project, etc.English Level
