  • Job Description

    - Responsible for day-to-day functions of HR Department such as recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit, manpower, employment competency, etc.
    - Lead all recruitment process from sourcing, advertising, selection process, interviewing and offering jobs to pre-screen and select the right candidates under scheduled timeline
    - Design and conduct training need survey, annual training plan and budget
    - Conduct monitoring, mediating and coaching to ensure effective performance of internal staff
    - Follow up on results and evaluate employee competencies whether the results meet company's objectives (OKR or Objective Key Result)
    - Prepare and submit all documents to Government Office of Labour, Department of Skill Development, etc.
    - Organize and facilitate employee activities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-40
    - Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
    - Work experience in HR functions for 3-5 years
    - Skills in handling and managing recruitment, selection, compensation & benefit, workforce, employment competency, etc.
    - Having excellent communication skills
    - Good command of spoken and written English
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Good attitudes with the ability to work creatively and analytically under pressure in a problem-solving environment
