Job Description
- Responsible for expense reimbursement for employees
- Responsible for corporate credit card and ensure accuracy of reports
- Prepare all account entries and AP vouchers and upload data in Pronto
- Arrange AP online payments (JP Morgan Online Banking)
- Generate employee expense reports utilizing expense reporting tools
- Assist with month-end closing process, A/P accruals and special projects as required
- Assist with queries from external auditors and Revenue Department
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-30
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Work experience in accounting, especially for account payable (A.P.) for 2 years
- Good knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Good command of English will be an advantageEnglish Level
