Job Description
- Manage client accounts, assist clients and provide support service after receiving contract
- Act as the primary point of contact and establish long-term business relationships with clients
- Support products installation process to clients by fulfilling client’s specifications and requirements, acquiring customer feedback for product development
- Provide assistance to clients via e-mail, phone calls, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with customer's needs and objectives
- Forecast and track key account metrics as well as monitor and analyze customer’s usage of products
- Handling calls and forwarding technical questions to Japanese or Thai technical support team
- Cooperate with sales team members to onboard and integrate new clients and develop business relationships with existing client
- Coordinate activities of different departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient flow within company nationally and internationally
- Accompany sales team members to assist in customer support when necessary
- Generate marketing ideas and provide consultancy during client meetings as well as provide analytical support on an ad-hoc basis
- Carry out offline marketing activities including trade exhibitions and seminars
- Manage and execute digital marketing operations such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, organizing online content of products and post them on SNS or blog
- Fulfil accounting operations including dispatching invoices and other administrative documents to clients and our accounting division
- Organize and manage ad-hoc back-office tasks
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 22-30
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
- Work experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Welcome New Graduates & Fresh Grads
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
- Good command of English (fluent level)
- Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and positive thinking with multi-tasking skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Ability to work abroad or to be allocated
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Passionate about digital marketing
