  • Job Description

    - Ensure EHS compliance with legal, requirements of EHS management system with procedure development
    - Identify projects, activities and behaviours required to achieve business unit and local EHS targets and objectives
    - Continuously identify, assess and manage the elimination or reduction of environmental, health, safety risks for operation in Thailand
    - Establish and maintain certifications (e.g., ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 registration)
    - Encourage employees to participate in EHS activities and to perform per regulation
    - Proactively encourage team members to improve overall plant performance to promote EHS awareness

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 35-45
    - Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent field of study (from an accredited institution or higher will be preferred)
    - Qualified Thai government test and qualified to handle and dispose of hazardous chemicals (hazardous substance controller)
    - Work experience in EHS for 10 years and 3 years in management position
    - Good command of written and spoken English with computer proficiency
    - Strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills
    - Excellent organizational, leadership and motivational skills
    - A high level of energy and passion and ability to work under pressure
    - Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management executives
