  • Job Description

    - Coordinate project management activities, schedules, resources, equipment and information
    - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to run the project and ensure standards and requirements are met
    - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports systematically
    - Act as the primary contact person and communicate project status to all participants
    - Provide support to Japanese supervisor including hotel reservation for Japanese staff

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai national, age between 25-30
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Japanese or related field
    - Work experience in Japanese companies for 1-5 years
    - Skills in multitasking, time-management and communication skills
    - Good command of English, TOEIC minimum 600 scores
    - Japanese, minimum JLPT N2 (speaking)
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
