    - Responsible for customs process for import activities
    - Confirm and advise delivery schedule (and booking)
    - Coordinate with internal and external concerned parties such as shipping line agent, customs broker and transporter
    - Control and issue all expenses
    - Keep records of all import activities (shipment) including all related expenses

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 23-30
    - Bachelor’s Degree in related field
    - Work experience in import process for 1-3 years
    - Good knowledge of customs formality and regulations for import
    - Good knowledge of spare parts and machinery is an advantage
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Ability to communicate in English (or Japanese) is preferred
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (e.g. via emails, etc.)
    - Skills in collaborations and teamwork
    - Ability to work effectively and under pressure and time constraints
