  - Responsible for the overall strategy of domestic's sales strategy including the consideration of profitability and growth
  - Strategically manage sales team on the most suitable plan, budget and selling expenses of yearly's guideline
  - Responsible for managing company's and big retailers (modern trade and general trade)
  - Responsible for inventory management in order to minimize stock and to avoid shortage
  - Control logistic expenses such as logistic fee, delivery fee, co-packing fee, etc.
  - Coach and develop team members
