  • Job Description

    - Control mould repair, new models and engineering system of production process
    - Analyse and execute other tasks for engineer team
    - Control improvement system and working method to increase efficiency of mould and productivity
    - Coordinate with suppliers or customers for problem-solving and creating design
    - Perform other related duties as Factory Manager may require

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male, Thai national, age between 37-45
    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, major in Mechanical, Industrial Production or Mold Design
    - Must have experience in creating, repairing and designing rubber or plastic mould (injection, compression and extrusion)
    - Work experience in rubber manufacturing for 7-10 years
    - Work experience in management level
    - Good knowledge and understanding of IATF 16949, Core Tools, ISO 14001 systems
    - Good command of English
    - Communication and presentation skills
    - Leadership qualities, good human relations and positive-thinking
