    - Conduct sales and marketing plan to drive company sales and distributors' sales target in Thailand
    - Responsible for the management of two subordinate officers (sales manager) and a team of 20 sales officers
    - Conduct research on market and analyze the results
    - Report directly to CEO on sales and marketing activities
    - Responsible for reaching sales target of the whole team

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 37-45
    - Work experience in management level for 5 years
    - Good knowledge of automotive (indirect or irrelevant background is welcome)
    - Ability to communicate well in English (report and meeting will be conducted and written in English)
    - Excellent skills in management
    - Active person who loves challenges
    - Ability to supervise subordinates upon unexpected situation
