    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, Food or Mechatronic Engineering
    - Work experience in related field for 0-2 years
    - TOEIC scores, minimum 650 (to communicate with Japanese and American customers)
    - Ability to travel to work in the upcountry
