  • Job Description

    - Responsible for HRM & HRD operation, such as training plan, recruitment, yearly plan, KPI, IDP, competency process, etc.
    - Provide advice and guidance on HR and other issues
    - Provide support for the implementation of HR projects
    - Coordinate with relevant functions to provide solutions for specific human resources management and solve issue escalating from each function
    - Implement and review company rules and regulations and ensure they are upheld
    - Ensure HR records, personnel, appraisal outcomes, leave records, time attendance etc. are updated.
    - Prepare reports, submissions and other necessary correspondences relevant to HR matters for line manager and company

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 33-40
    - Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in HR or related field
    - At least 3 years' experience in managerial level
    - At least 5 years’ experience in HR
    - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suites
    - Other computer skills in Photoshop, HR programs, presentation or any programs applicable to facilitate tasks
    - Good command of English is a must
    - Strong communication, interpersonal and people management skills
    - Having positive attitudes and outstanding service mind
    - Highly-organized, proactive and service-minded
