    - Responsible for organization and H.R. consulting activities
    - Design H.R. systems and HR operation consultation
    - Deliver H.R. related projects for clients as a project manager
    - Create service proposal for consultation projects to meet clients’ expectations
    - Responsible for the analysis of engagement diagnosis, corporate culture, value diagnosis and HR systems
    - Perform the assessment of the leader for next generation of Thai staff

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-35
    - Work experience in business development, human resources, consulting or related field for 3-5 years
    - Having experience in working or studying abroad will be an advantage
    - Japanese, JLPT N3 or higher
    - Good command of English

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
