  • Job Description

    - Identify market requirements using background and knowledge by ongoing visits to customers and potential partners via desktop researches, etc.
    - Visit customers’ sites to investigate existing facilities and develop new plan of solutions regardless of company or non-company's products with quantitative benefits to customers by proposing efficient solutions of energy taken into account (total cost of ownership, TCO, should be understood)
    - Responsible for capital expenditure (CAPEX) i.e. operating maintenance, building factory management, etc. and operation expenditure (OPEX) i.e. daily operating management, etc.
    - Discuss with customers to achieve contacts and orders and lead the delivery after receiving orders
    - Analyse potential partnerships for solutions and service business for promotion
    - Develop business plan for energy solutions and facility management with team by considering external and internal conditions of Thai market

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-33
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
    - Work experience in sales and engineering (combined) for minimum 5 years
    - Work experience in sales or business development for minimum 3 years for companies that offer products and services aimed at energy optimization and operational efficiencies of buildings, including Building Energy Management System (BEMS) in ASEAN market
    - Having basic technical knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
    - Having fundamental knowledge of science and technology
    - Outstanding communication and intercultural skills in English (Japanese is considered a plus)
