    - Responsible for recruitment process (mainly)
    - Establish recruiting, testing and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection
    - Conduct and analyze exit interviews and recommend changes
    - Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
    - Coordinate with agency’s staffing plan
    - Others related task as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai national, age between 23-27
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
    - Work experience in recruitment for 1-2 years
    - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suites

  • English Level

    Level 5 - Beginner Level
