  • Job Description

    - Plan sales strategy and sales team management to increase target sales for company
    - Monitor sales closely with employees and motivate sales target.
    - Train and educate sales staff or related departments
    - Supervise the performance of sales staff
    - Find new customers and new information including reports of competitors' movement
    - Supervise, follow up and solve problems for sales staff and customers
    - Coordinate and attend meetings to improve work processes, systems or services with other departments to increase customer satisfaction
    - Responsible for recruiting sales staff and sales training programs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-45
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
    - At least 5 years' experience in sales administration
    - Experienced in managing and controlling operational standards
    - Good communication skills (to motivate team and encourage positive attitudes)
    - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suites
    - Ability to analyze data and present information with creativity
    - Having a valid Driver's License
    - Strong leadership, good human relations, good personality and loving challenge
