Job Description
- Manage all corporate client account requests while liaising with corporate internal departments to ensure project communications are well-facilitated
- Assist with business development process across all clients
- Develop and maintain account strategies to drive deeper adoption of corporate products and services
- Proactively nurture and grow each of assigned accounts through great relationship building or any means necessary
- Provide demo presentations for new clients and existing clients whenever required
- Update existing clients with demos for new functionalities as and when it is released
- Understand and document customer’s business and IT strategies, priorities, and goals
- Drive prompt resolutions of customer issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Understand and navigate account procurement practices to negotiate licensing contracts
- Serve as primary client contact for non-technical or support issues requiring escalation
- Ensure accurate and timely forecasts in client accounts and provide updates to management
- Represent company in external events that will raise brand awareness for company
- Plan and lead corporate events to establish long-lasting business relationships with corporate clients
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 27-40
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, IT or related field
- At least 5-7 years' experience in B2B client-facing, with at least 3 years' experience in corporate account management
- Prior experience in selling/handling banking technology solutions, application software or other financial solutions is a plus
- Excellent command of spoken and written Thai and English is a must (Chinese is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
- Ability to adapt to varying situations and personalities
- Ability to form close relationships with client C-level contacts
- Self-motivating and proactive team member, who manages time efficiently, shares knowledge and works well with other team membersEnglish Level
