  • Job Description

    - Check and key-in information of prospect clients (group)
    - Ensure invoice, acceptance letter and exclusion letter processed punctually with correct information
    - Overview all application (individual and group) procedures and ensure all applications run smoothly
    - Proceed group application with reply emails to broker
    - Proceed to enrol all application (individual and group) and send premium breakdown after the payment was completely settled
    - Check and manage operational mailbox and proceed special requirements
    - Coordinate with internal and external departments
    - Contact hospital for medical record requirements

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Vietnamese national (or native speaker), age between 25-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Internal Marketing (any faculties)
    - More than one year's work experience
    - Good command of English (for general purposes and conversation)
    - Skills in task management
    - Attention to details, fast learner and quick adaptability
