    - Coordinate with sales representatives and customers
    - Summarise sales report and other sales activities (if any)
    - Prepare sales-related documents and quotations
    - Coordinate with other related departments inside company
    - Ensure order/request (from sales rep. or customers) is processed smoothly and delivered in time

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 22-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in related field
    - Work experience in sales document control (if any)
    - Able to communicate in basic English
    - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suites
    - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas will be an advantage
    - Negotiation skills and service mind to support customers
