  • Job Description

    - Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and emails
    - Responsible for inbound and outbound contact
    - Cooperate with relevant departments to fulfil clients' requirements
    - Obtain client information by answering phone calls and verifying information
    - Determine the eligibility by comparing client information with requirements
    - Research on required information using available resources
    - Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions and providing necessary information
    - Take ownership and manage cases with views to move them forward for the best interests of clients
    - Manage and resolve customer complaints with appropriate escalation
    - Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and recommending improvement procedures
    - Update on job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities
    - Identify and escalate priority issues to manager on a daily basis (in the morning)
    - Carry out other reasonable duties as requested by manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 24-33
    - Bachelor’s Degree in any field
    - More than 1-2 years' experience in customer service in call centre business
    - Knowledge of Healthcare Insurance
    - Good command of English is a must
    - Skills in risk management
    - Good service mind, teamwork and high responsibility
