• Job Description

  - Responsible for conducting outbound sales with new and existing customers
  - Achieve and exceed individual targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  - Contribute to team and department targets
  - Establish companionship and highly engage with customers
  - Responsible for the development and successful acquisition of new business revenues from new and existing clients
  - Prospect sectors or market areas by identifying business needs and proposing company products and services
  - Prepare and execute strategic sales plans for identifying and qualifying prospects and assuring profitability
  - Determine client’s needs and match those needs with appropriate coverage
  - Complete sales process by delivering and reviewing products with clients
  - Ensure team members have strong knowledge of all product ranges and specificities (terms and conditions, internal processes, etc.), and answer all inquiries from clients/team members
  - Create guidelines and practical approach for team members
  - Obtain prospects and actively pursue and create interest via phone calls, letters or personal visits
  - Maintain current portfolio and further develop expertise in declared sector or market areas by networking and participating in professional development activities
  - Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement initiatives to increase cost savings, efficiency or effectiveness
  - Maintain existing accounts in an orderly sequence according to established procedures
  - Oversee relationships and build strong mutually beneficial relationships with partners
  - Analyse conversion rate and provide feedback to marketing team to assist in optimizing our marketing strategies
  - Set up processes to ensure a smooth workflow
