  - Oversee financial and accounting issues
  - Responsible for the management of database for invoices and PO
  - Supervise and manage teams of sales coordinators' and office administration
  - Coordinate with Purchasing Department to issue PO
  - Coordinate with Sales Department to receive and ship to/from the warehouse
  - Coordinate with Accounting Department to manage monthly credit note
  - Coordinate with freight forwarders and suppliers for returned goods management
  - Check goods in accordance with PO
  - Other related tasks as assigned
